Deputies are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who broke into a home in Holiday, appeared to undo his pants, and entered a child’s bedroom.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened early Thursday morning just before 1 a.m. at a home on Flora Avenue.

The suspect, identified as a white male between 40 and 60 years old, broke into the home, then walked into a child’s bedroom.

He can be seen on home surveillance video exiting the room, where he appears to undo his pants, and then enters the victim’s room again, the sheriff’s office said.

That’s when the homeowners woke up because of their dog barking, and saw the suspect running from the home.

Investigators said the man has short hair, appears to be between 5’7″ to 5’10” and weighs 170 to 200 pounds.
